Hearing Aid Sales:-

All hearing aids are supplied with a full 30 day money back guarantee from the fitting date After the initial fittinig of the hearing aid/s we will arrange an appointment after approximately two weeks to access the performance of the aid and make any adjustments. Any further adjustments, sericing and aftercare is included for the lifetime of the aid. All hearing aids are supplied with a minimum of the manufacturers 2 year warranty that may be extended if required.

Hearing Aid Rentals:-

We can supply any hearing aid/s on a rental basis. This will be a 48 month rental period during which all batteries, servicing, repairs and aftercare is included. After the rental period your hearing will be accessed to decide if a different system may be more suitable for your needs and the hearing aid/s may be changed.

Hearing Aid Repairs

We are able to perform minor repairs and servicing in house but if the hearing aid has more major damage then we can arrange for the aid to be dispatched to the original manufacurer for repair. We will normally ask the manufacturer for an estimate for repair ( if outside the warranty period ) and confirm this with the owner before proceeding. We may sometimes recomend a third party repair service for economic reasons. All repairs will carry a 6 month warranty.
